- 參觀住宅物業之流程由發展商安排。下列條款並不構成賣方要約出售。
- 已預約之參觀者仍可能須於發展項目現場排隊輪候方能入場參觀，敬希注意並預留時間。
- 參觀者必須遵守發展商職員之指示及指定的路線進行參觀。
- 僅開放指定住宅物業供參觀。發展項目的其他住宅物業及其他部分恕不開放參觀。
- 發展商保留權利更改及/或取消任何開放參觀之住宅物業，恕不另行通知。
- 如開放時間内，天文台發出八號或更高熱帶氣旋警告信號或黑色暴雨警告信號，爲保障參觀者之安全及維持現場秩序，發展商保留絕對權利關閉參觀住宅物業。
- 發展商保留其唯一及絕對的酌情權去准許或拒絕任何參觀者進入發展項目而無須給予任何原因，施加其認爲合適的保安措施及人流管制，及暫時關閉參觀住宅物業。
Terms and Conditons of the appointment:
- The property viewing is offered or arranged by the Developer. The below arrangements do no constitute any offer to sale by the Vendor.
- In spite of having made a prior appointment, visitors may still need to queue up at the Development before being admitted to the Properties fro viewing. Please note and reserve time for queueing.
- Visitors shall follow the instructions of the staff of the Developer and the designated route during their visits.
- Only the designated residential properties are open for viewing. No other residential properties or other parts of the Development will be open for viewing.
- The Developer reserves its rights to change and/or cancel any residential properties open for viewing without prior notice.
- In case where a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during the opening hours, for the safety of the visitors and the maintenance of order at the scene, the Developer reserves its absolute right to close the residential properties for viewing
- The Developer reserves its right in its sole and absolute discretion to allow or refuse any visitors from admitting to the Development without the need to give any reason, to impose security measures and crowd control as it may deem fit, and to close the residential properties for viewing temporarily.
